Terry was brilliant once again, can’t recommend enough. A pleasure to deal with throughout the process.

He was late -the work supposed to be 1-2 hours but it took more than 3. When I've checked the oil on the next day the colour of the oil was black like it was used...i don't trust that he changed it...plus the filters...how can i know that he really replaced them if the oil looks like that...plus the fuel consumption is higher now...he did not put any pictures of the work that he did. Im not happy.

Terry was friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. After completing the repair he drove the vehicle
round the block multiple times to ensure that everything was in order.

We are looking to sell this vehicle very soon so there may be no future business but we will certainly bear CM in mind for the replacement car.

Terry was lovely! He rang when he were around 10 minutes away! He was fast and efficient, even in the awful weather, he still turned up for the job! Once the job was completed, he explained what he'd done and how the car will feel.
