MINI Mini Clubman Brake pads replacement - front (all)

Work carried out to brakes and other items was fine but mechanic failed to fully tighten one of the front wheels properly which then worked it's way loose creating a very strong vibration when my wife & daughter were driving. Fortunately we figured out the issue ourselves but disappointed that there was no response when it was mentioned to the mechanic.

Wheels were done up to 50 newton meters automatically with the gun. This is a lot tighter than the customer claims of wheel nut at finger tight? Once the car is on the ground we go round all wheel nuts and tighten at least half a turn.
I didn't do nothing I drove the 30 miles to double check all wheel nuts and made sure they were tightened correctly. I will go again in a couple of days but I seriously doubt the wheel nuts were finger tight.
A text was sent about wheel nuts I don't respond because it was marked as FYI "for your information" and I thought it best to give the time and go check all was well with the car.
I am very sorry you're unhappy with the car I am also disappointed you have not said that we fixed you inlet manifold without extra charge inspection of back breaks with no extra charge fault found the break light indicator fault with no extra charge. You decided not to fix any of this at this time so we did a temporary fix on your inlet to make your car run correctly and lose the terrible noise that you had.
On a personal note I am sorry you're disappointed with the work we completed both free work you asked for and paid work through click.
