Darren responded very quickly. Had my car collected and returned on same day I requested a mechanic. Lovely and polite guy collected the car. Was sent pictures of car and it runs lovely after its service. The car has a faulty sensor and will be happy to send send the car for repairs here and for services. A great garage 🙏 lovely guys and super happy, thank you 🙏

Darren was excellent - communicating with me on the day before the visit and even a follow up message afterwards to ensure everything was OK - so rare these days to have personal communication of this type. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about the fault and possible causes. After the initial diagnosis - it became evident that parts were not actually required and he completed the diagnostic and reset exercise. Would highly recommend him to future Customers

Darren is a friendly guy and was extremely thorough looking over the van. He rang me immediately he had done the report to run through his findings, and what was a concern, what was usual given the age of the vehicle, and what was something we migth want to negotiate with the vendor. He had a great knowledge of what he was talking about not just from a mechanical point of view, but from an MOT/safety side as well as the more pragmatic real world.
