Wayne was great! Really difficult to find fault on my van, but he was really open about it, showed me all the checks he was doing and agreed how to move forward in a way i was happy with (and met my breakdown covers requirements!)

Happy that I now have a plan of action to follow to repair, diagnostics were performed to isolate the fault and followed through the system to recommended the best course of action
