Had to reschedule as they couldn’t get the MOT in on the day originally booked. Rescheduled for today and everything went fine. Communication was good throughout.
3 stars for punctuality was for needing to rearrange. Arrived on time today.

Dave was wonderful and nice person. Replaced rear brake pad. Job done really quick.

Booked in for a MOT and Service. Car failed.
First appointment was cancelled by David on the day of the appointment and rescheduled. Job was then carried out.
Mechanic advised repairs to which we organised and agreed on a date. David advised to go through him directly. As someone that doesn’t understand cars and how these things work, I agreed.
Day of repairs, David was as a no show. Rang and text multiple times to which no communication was returned leaving me to have to find someone else to complete the job resulting in no car for another week.
Unreliable.

Will never use David again.

Dave was friendly even thou it was raining. Completed the job in allocated time. Will be using them again for my MOT.
