This is the first time I have used SMS Motor Engineers. Jon was very friendly and respectful. Car was picked up and returned to my home by two friendly drivers, a full service was carried out. No major defects were highlighted as a result of the service which I expected as the car is in good condition and has a low mileage. So overall a hassle free experience.

I did not meet him, I only spoke to him over the phone. Was very polite, knew what he was doing and kept me informed

Great service and all went smoothly. There was a hiccup with a wrong part being delivered but this was clearly and promptly communicated.
