I think Mihai is a very good mechanic and a nice person. But i do not understand , first ,why I was charge £45 for Priority slot fee: for visits between 29 Dec and 30 Dec when you said i will be charge £15 per slot.
Second Mihai was late by 3 hours on Friday and over 2hours on Saturday, so much for Priority! The contract was not fulfil. Click Mechanic should reimburse the Priority fee. It will be a fair gesture and a good public relation exercise.

Mihal did the work I requested only to find out that it wasn't the fault he quickly solved the problem and fixed it so I could get going excellent service and really appreciate the quick response in fixing my van .

Mihai, was brilliant he worked until later in the day & made sure the power steering pump was fixed & working with it’s new part. Fitted with VW OEM part on a polo. Thank you, will definitely recommend & use again. Friendly & efficient, even showed me used part not working.
