Mihai was great- he was early, but did a great job on my car. Was very good at explaining what he was doing and identifying any problems had that needed attention.

Mihai has great communication and contacted me on the day of the booking to say he could come earlier if appropriate. Kept me informed of his arrival time.

On inspection of the job, he quickly realised the alternator drive belt had snapped, so he immediately went to get the part from his supplier and returned to carry on. Unfortunately the replacement alternator Mihai fitted was faulty out of the box, so he had to remove it again to get a new one. Mihai returned the next day with a fresh alternator and fitted it no problem. He also charged my flat battery and reset all the warning lights on the dash that appeared when the original alternator failed.

All in all a great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Carries all the gear he could possibly need for his jobs, and I would definitely use Mihai again in the future. Read more

I’m really unhappy with Clickmechanic & in particular with this mechanic. He was supposed to call me in advance if he couldn’t fix the car on the drive but he left it till half an hour before I was expecting him to call. He wasn’t friendly. He couldn’t talk much English but his tone made me feel told off. He couldn’t do the work but overcharged me anyway. Very unhappy. here

Mihai was fantastic, called ahead to let me know when to expect him and all work was completely very quickly. Would recommend and will use again :)
