Excellent service again ,did the back box exhaust. On time, nice young man .Won't use local garages again for repairs to my car. What's not to like about this site .

My father needed a new sump . Theis was because his was leaking oil and a garage told him that this was the problem? With Christmas coming the job wouldn't be able to fit him.in till next year, i looked at the price on my mobile phone for this part. Only to find a advertising company called clickmechanic. Who find a garage in your area to do the job at a good price. All the parts inc oil. Sunp, filters and gasket the garage came picked the car up did the job and dropped it back. All done. Can't fault the service

He did a great Job, arrived at 8am and got to job done just over a hour. Click had sent him the incorrect filter and he called hyundai in my local area and they had the part for £20. He called me and asked if I was happy to pay this to get the job completed and I was more then happy to pay that. He went to collect the part snd was back in 20 minutes and then changed the filter with no issues.

David was polite and communicative. Although slightly late, from arrival everything went smoothly.

Turned up on time, no hassle repaired my brakes on my drive, polite, good value service from Maurris.

The mechanic was friendly, knowledgeable and got on with the job quietly and efficiently. As l work from home this latter was very important. He was no bother, refused cups of tea etc., and only disturbed me to tell me he was done. Highly recommended.

turned up 50 minutes early for the appointment. said couldn't do the job (Fit a new starter motor) as he didn't have the right tools. Also unaware that he had to drain the oil from the gearbox as well. Made alternative booking this Monday. No Click Mechanic confirmation of this, we have been billed for the job that hasn't been done yet. It all sounds a bit odd. the company new the car reg. new the make and model, age etc and what type of starter motor would be needed ???

Very disappointed. I paid over £67 to be told it was an electrical problem and there was nothing he could do. I understand this, but surely ClickMechanic should have a system whereby if the mechanic is not able to deal with the issue then a referral could be made to someone in the operation who could help? As it stands I have been charged for unfinished work. I would have totally accepted a consultancy charge with more to pay on completion, but I'm back to square one.
RECOMMENDATION: ClickMechanic has a procedure where issues can be passed through the system to complete work, ie: "I can't help but here is someone who can".
