Mark was great - really thorough job, and done very quickly. Highly recommend!

Mark is a very dedicated young man , my initial concerns where groundless I'm very happy with the work he carried out ( cylinder head gasket ) the performance is excellent . I would have no quarms in having him do work for me in the future , so if you want a quality job done at a realistic price you know who to call thank you Mark

Mark is a friendly fella, kept in contact with me, especially to let me know he’d be late due to a previous job overrunning, and I felt I could trust him with my husband’s car.

He sorted out what the problem was it turned out to be not urgent so peace of mind as I was going on a long journey.

Mark communicated well via text (my preference). He picked the car up within the time window agreed. He completed the service. He returned the car and reported a fault he had noticed but did not put pressure on for a repair. Job well done.

Mark produced a report which I am pleased with. Comms with me could have been better though.

I found Mark the mechanic to be friendly and very helpful, he identified the problem with my car immediately and rectified it. Mark also gave me some good knowegable professional advice should this problem with my car occur again in the future. I am happy with the work carried out and would recommend Mark!
