The mechanic team were amazing in doing the job, some areas of improvement would be to ensure the collection team have verified clothing to ensure security if of the utmost priority. The delivery of the vehicle was unfortunately late but this may be due to the late collection. Overall the workmanship was high quality and the brakes are now amazing. I would order through them again as the service was good.

Thank you for your review, as per our phone conversation I can confirm the collection of your vehicle was not late as you had a time slot of between 10-12 and your car was collected before 12. I understand you believe click mechanic have not explained things to you correctly but it is quite straight forward. We have a 2 hour window to collect the car not collect it, do the repairs and return it. The car was then returned to yourself at 3.05pm and the driver had to wait 25 minutes for you to return from the school run, bear in mind the journey was a hour round trip with no traffic so your car was repaired within 2 hours.

Citroen C4 Cactus Clutch replacement (semi-automatic)

Excellent service. Ended up being a complex problem not only replacing the clutch but also resetting / reconfiguring the gearbox software. Garage did an excellend job and worked quite late to finish the car same day. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fabulous service. My car was undriveable due to a broken spring. They sent a recovery truck to my home address to collect my car who I must add was also superb. Couldn't fault anything about this garage and will definitely use again if required
