Didnt do a diagnositics and just went off the online one. Fitted the starter motor.
He left i went to go check the car and it wasnt working, called him back this is when he started to actually do the diagnostics after he had already fitted the part. Tried to bump start my car, still didnt work and he just left. Charging me £196 for fitting the wrong part and the car still being dead.
Called his boss hes was trying to put the blame on me and i explained he didnt even do a check before starting the work.
He rebooked me in for thursday and the 2nd mechanic plugged the computer in found the problem within 10mins, i am still waiting for a quote for a new ecu. After contacting them again for a quote i have had nothing back and im £260 out of pocket and have missed 4 days work because of their mistakes and misdiagnosis. Read more

Had a top mount, bottom arm and drop link changed, all done well and quickly. Showed me the damaged parts and also checked other parts that were taken out. Overall very happy

The mechanic was a very professional, pleasant and efficient man. He answered all my questions honestly and without being condescending.
