To be honest, I have recently experienced some awful customer service,papa johns pizza is one and Amazon the other. So it was very refreshing when these two guys turned up, on time.with friendly smiles. It took them no more than 5 minutes to diagnose the fault on my Jaguar clk 2.2 premium luxury, which I had spent the better part of 2 days trying to do the same, furthermore, they told me exactly which new battery to purchase ( battery was flat and smart key not working) and how to reset the smart key. They even helped get my car off my driveway so I could have better access to the battery (which was in the boot) when are the bigger companies going to get the message. . if you do a rubbish job, don’t rely on your high street name to get people to return to you..,it wears flat after a while and people will go elsewhere with their hard earned money. Kulbant and his son were very friendly and knowledgeable. They identified the fault very quickly following a diagnostic examination. The communication was excellent and they carried out the repair quickly and within the exact timescales anticipated. We are very thankful and happy with the work carried out.

Kulban was excellent and I would definitely use him again and recommend him on to others. He arrived on time and was very polite. Considering the service included collection and delivery, I think that the cost was exceptionally good!
The only criticism I have is that Kulban did not have a business card with any i/d or contact details on it, which, considering he is taking my car and driving it away without leaving any car in it's place, did not leave me feeling confident of the service. He was very understanding, however, when I told him of my concerns and left me with an i/d card and his driving licence. I do think that your mechanics should be provided with business cards with their photo on it, to leave with clients! Read more

The guys came and collected my Transporter and took it to their garage and returned it after.
They kept me informed and put pictures into the system for me to see the progress.
I would highly recommend the garage and the system.
