Yes the job took a bit longer due to ordering a part and I was able to use a loan vehicle so very pleased

What a great service. The car was picked up promptly and I was given updates of progress on the car. Also provided photos of before and after. The car was dropped back off to my house at he end of the day as promised. An additional part had to be ordered during the work but no additional labour was charged - very pleased

Mechanic took the vehicle as arranged and was returned, Today (Fri) after returning from a trip to Brighton, My handbrake warning light came on and am unable to move the car, something is very wrong and it needs dealing with at your earliest opportunity as I have hospital appointments at Brighton and Haywards Heath this coming week !! Charlie was great after further inspections during the service a fault was found which ment that the mot spot was not used but the mot will take place now on Friday.

My car was picked up promptly at the time I was told, and the work was done to a good standard. There was a small issue with parts but this was resolved, but this did result in me getting my car back later than expected.
The service offered was particularly good for me as it offered an out of normal garage hours service. I will potentially use the service again,

I had a fantastic experience from Trafalgar cars and will definitely look to use them in the future. Jess was great at keeping in contact with me to keep me updated on the progress of fixing the car. On return of the car, all the work has been completed to a high standard.
