Friendly, adaptable, excellent - helped being local to the car too - so far all good

I had Nathan I believe his name was, he was fantastic, he’s been very accommodating to my busy schedule even picked up and delivered my car to me. Cheaper than other places I’ve had quotes from and the service is faultless

Excellent customer service! I broke down on New Years Eve in Eastbourne due alternator u/s! The RAC got me back to where I was staying! I booked Trafalgar for the 2nd Charlie arrived on time took the car to NewHaven, was back in 2 hrs!
Absolutely brilliant cannot speak highly of his professionalism!

Charlie was really friendly and helpful in all of our interactions prior to the work and pn completion. The home pickup and return was really efficient and the clutch repair on my Ford Bmax was all completed on time.

They were exceptional! First time we used them and we were positively surprised. Very friendly, very quick (despite some unforeseen issues). Kept us in the loop and provided a good overview of what had been done. Grateful for the quick and great work!
