Happy about the work, did some extra job as the parts were broken while doing a service. Not sure how it broke.
Requested to fix heat shield but said it can't fix. Fixed it by myself next day in 30 minutes.
Mechanic told that he is gonna change auxiliary belt but never changed. Contacted again to confirm about it but not replying.

Elliot was great! He kept me well informed of the car issue and fixed it vey quickly.

No work carried out, only diagnosing the problem. We now have to arrange a recovery plus a garage that can fix it.
