The first one couldn’t find the problem has he didn’t have the software required and the second one never touched it has i had already booked it in to a garage

Have used Ibrahim before for front disc and pads on my mini and again this time for rears , all work done cheaper than main dealer prices and outside your own home , would definitely recommend him .
