I want to share my experience in the clearest way possible. While the collection and delivery of my car were handled efficiently and on time.However, there was an issue during the oil change process.

The moment I got my car back, I noticed an overpowering burnt oil smell inside. Initially, I brushed it off, assuming it was just lingering from the garage. However, after driving for a while, the smell only intensified, especially once the engine warmed up. It was so strong and unpleasant that my wife, who was with me, nearly vomited.

The next day, I inspected the engine bay and found that oil had been carelessly spilled over the engine. This was clearly a result of poor handling during the oil change, and as the engine heated up, the burning oil created an unbearable stench. This wasn’t just an inconvenience—it was completely unacceptable. A professional mechanic should ensure that no oil is left on the engine after servicing, as this is basic attention to detail.

Although the smell eventually faded after several days of driving, the experience left a very poor impression. While the collection and delivery service were spot on, the careless oil spillage and the discomfort my family and I had to endure were highly unprofessional.
