Prompt service, professional mechanic, they fixed the issue on time , highly recommend

Arrived to pick the car up fine, but I had a major service done on the car and the service report is empty. No information about the quality of the brakes, timing belt etc.

The mechanic did the job no problem. Happy with the work they have done. The contact number I was given was incorrect however, so I did share details on how to collect the keys with an unknown person. The team were difficult to deal with and quite rude. By 5pm I’d had no contact with how the mechanic was getting on so I tried to reach out and find out, the only comfort being the mechanics car still parked on my street. I went out at 7.30pm, found my vehicle had been returned and the key left out where I had left it to be collected, and my vehicle left unlocked. 8pm I got a text to say my keys were left where they had been collected from. Mailvaganam and his team were excellent, picked up the car on time, replaced all glow plugs and returned my car in the evening. I was very happy with his work.

However I must add that the previous mechanic booked 'Ayman' missed 3 arranged appointments giving me a load of 'BS' each time until I lost patience after 10 days and rebooked with another mechanic.

But I reiterate ...Mailvaganam and his team were brilliant.

Very happy with speed and quality of service. Vehicle was picked up promptly and the work was carried out on the agreed day.

I had to book an urgent MOT. The request was picked up within an hour and the work agreed straight after Christmas. The mechanic was friendly and professional. They took my car and returned it a couple of hours later, MOT complete. I was really impressed with the service and would absolutely use it again.
