Very nice chap. Turned up when he said he would. Did the job he said he would. Even showed me a video of my car being worked on. Explained the parts he used.

Did a good job and sorted my other issues with the car too! We had to wait for a part which took a bit of time, but this was expected. However, the communication could have been better as I had to call to see where we are with the job and when it is finished.

Noman arrived promptly within the arranged timeframe to collect the car and returned it with the new parts fitted within 4 hours. On delivery he went through the work that had been done and mentioned a couple of advisory things to keep an eye on for the future. Very professional and courteous, I wouldn't hesitate to use Noman again.

Second time I have used Norman as he seems very trustworthy and he does a good job.

Norman Akhtar was very courteous and efficient. He arrived on time and managed to change the glow plugs without incident as this can be a difficult job. During the day he kept me informed of the progress.
I can definitely recommend him and I am now considering to use him again for a clutch replacement.

Noman replaced the clutch and flywheel in my car. He was good at communicating what the job would involve and gave updates on progress. He worked late to get the car back to me in the same day which was appreciated as I need my car for my job.
