Jonathan was absolutely fantastic. He was on time, communicated arrival well and was happy to explain the work he did. He double checked everything and was happy to come with me while I tested out the car at the end of the job. Honestly, one of the best experiences that I have had with a mechanic.

Jonathan was enthusiastic about working on my car and as far as I am aware he completed the service competently, though I have not yet driven the car since the work was done. There was some problem communicating with him during the morning, possibly due to poor local phone signal so he was not able to let me know that he would be arriving a little later (14.10) than scheduled (12.00-14.00) He continued to work on the car even though it had become dark and quite cold until the job was finished.
