The service provided by Connor started off well. On the 29th of July, he was able to turn the car around on time, which was appreciated, and initially diagnosed the issue quickly, which seemed promising. The repair addressed the pump and pipes, and I was hopeful that the problem was resolved.

However, the issue with the pipe was not properly fixed, leading to a continued leak. When this was raised, Connor suggested that I drive the car a long distance for inspection, despite the car being unsafe to drive due to heavy steering. This approach felt unreasonable, especially since the original issue hadn’t been fully addressed.

Additionally, I was informed that I would need to cover the costs of recovery unless the fault was with the parts he had replaced. This added another layer of frustration, as I was being asked to make arrangements for a repair that should have been completed properly from the start.

If you're looking for a quick fix just to get your car safely on the road for 11 days, then Connor might be the right option.
