It’s more than a week now since Russell replaced my EGR Valve. What can I say, my car regain its performance and power from the time it was replaced. Russell is very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained lots of things with the problem of my car. I also availed the vehicle health check which is good to have. I will definitely recommend Russell. Russell was brilliant. Turned up on time and explained the procedure and the risks involved with replacing the glow plugs. Had a nice intelligent chat with him whilst he was sorting the car. Highly recommend and would hesitate again to call.

First of all, he should arrive on time. He should be sincere and explain the work to be done and declare that the work has been completed with pictures after it is done.

He kept me constantly informed about what he was doing, and invited me to come and have a look from time-to-time as work progressed.
