So happy with service and decision to go with click mechanic! MOT and service was due however Mercedes had no availability for months. Contacted click mechanic (via book my garage- although going to go direct next time!) and they booked me in within a few hours for date which suited me. Kept me in the loop throughout the whole process via text/ email. Got call from mechanic about 30 mins before they picked my car up. They had my car for about 5-6 hours, did full MOT and service report and even gave my car a wash! Mechanic James Richardson was really friendly, sent service report through that night and was able to answer any questions I had.
I felt a bit reluctant at first as always gone to garage/ branch for MOT and service direct but genuinely couldn’t reccomend this service enough. Will definitely be using next year. Thank you!! Emma Read more
