Annual service undertaken by Michael, he arrived at the time arranged, did the service with no fuss. Nice easy process and a nice chap to do it.

Andrew came to my house on time.
He listened to what I had been told by Jaguar to do to make the car start, without complaining that he knew better (Jaguar V6 cars are notoriously difficult to work on) and in less than 10 minutes (no I'm not joking) had the car running and back on the road.
All in all Andrew is proper mustard as we say in South London. My Yorkshire partner says the equivalent is "He'll do!"

Michael was prompt and productive on the work carried out. Really appreciate the flexibility and availability of this service, saves me a lot of time in booking my vehicle into garages.
