Kas was brilliant, let me know he’d been struggling with toothache today but attended on time and got the job done in no time! Would highly recommend

I'd contacted my usual garage to get them to change my brake pads but they couldn't fit me in for another week, plus i'd have to leave my car with them all day, so I thought I'd give ClickMechanic a try.

Kas was great. He kept me updated when he was stuck in traffic so was going to be a little late and when he arrived the work was done quickly and professionally. All at my own home!

I'd definitely be using this service and Kas again, its so much more convenient.

Not happy at all diagnosis was drop links needed replacing which i have done and still have same problem which i had before his visit, he arrived on time quick look underneath (ten minutes) said drop links were problem didn't even take car out to listen to problem. Nearly 60 pounds cost me for your service then there's the price of the drop links I've replaced which aren't even the problem, really pissed off about this will not be using your service again and will advise others to do the same

Kas was brilliant-he communicated when he would be here and kept us updated. When he got here he couldn’t have been more helpful and completed the job really efficiently and professionally. Really friendly and polite. Will definitely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

Such a disappointment, Kas turned up clearly on some kind of drug and an hour after he told me he was on his way. Once he arrived he said if my car doesn't start there's nothing he could do and he didn't have jump cables to start it, even though in my description it specified clearly that it wouldn't start (jump cables would have been a handy piece of kit for a mechanic?). Luckily I had some in my car so we jump started the car and after barely glancing under my bonnet said there was nothing wrong. Feeling relieved that it was working I left it at that, only to find he had charged me the full price for this. I called him and he told me he would only charge me the call out fee and refund me the rest. It has been 2 weeks and there has not even been a patrial refund and when I contacted him to ask where it was he was extremely rude and I decided it was pointless trying to get my money back and I will have to take it higher. I warn anyone who accepts a job from him to simply not. If you want your moneys worth contact a real mechanic. Read more
