Matthew was grand, very approachable, easy going and did a brilliant job!! Came within 30 mins of the agreed time scale and was done to a very high standard. No need to go to a garage all done for you - it was perfect!!! Would recommend

Happy with the work on van ,but not happy at all with the state my driveway has been left in ,I would like to speak to someone from click mechanic team to get this resolved asap ,I’ve used this service before but had a different guy come do the van and everything was great ,but not sure if I’ll be using this service again after the experience I’ve had this time

Thank you for your review Stuart , sorry that I didn’t give you a good experience , as stated I tried to minimise the mess as much as I could , unfortunately the seal was perished on your diesel filter housing so was very hard to contain on a customers drive way , it’s a hard situation to be in really as it’s a messy job but we try our best to contain it , I could of put it out in the street but again you try your best to contain it , and one of neighbours complain so it’s one of those things really , but as per text it’s only diesel it will wash away , and if it doesn’t I will come back up and clean it up , unfortunately accidents do happen and I can’t apologise enough , with diesel you only need a drip and once wet it spreads hence why it looks worse than it actually is , but rest assured if it hasn’t washed away with some rain I will come back and clean , sorry for the inconvenience
