Overall I'm happy of what he did for the quick fixes to resolve the issue it had. Although it's not a complete solution, the workaround did lighten the symptoms to provide a better driving experiences.

Arrived on time, quick and efficient to change the brakes. All done on the road outside the house, so it saved the hassle of taking the car to the garage.
