Chris was very helpful - explained in detail what the problem was and didn’t rush. No repairs were carried out as it was a diagnostic appointment booked but offered further support if needed.

Booked for between 8 and 10 am. First message to dashboard was at 10 07 advising on way. 2 calls and an hour later, finally made contact I was told Christopher would be out after he dealt with a breakdown in Hillington, so another few hours. He finally agreed to make his way over. Arrived at 12.30.

I had arranged a diagnostic. Wasn't told anything more than I had found via a Google search of the error message had advised, but was told it would need a further diagnostic to determine the fault.

Very knowledgeable and experienced. Diagnosed the issue immediately regarding the braking issue with my car and made recommendations for the fix.

Chris was efficient and found the problem , good knowledge , and happy with the outcome
