Very friendly great guy gave me a lot of advice and on extra topics done a great job helping me find the problem with my airbags

Aron was early which is always a bonus! He was very helpful following diagnosis of the issue with my car and couldn't have done anything more for me so very grateful for the service.

Aron, did not come and do the work someone else came in his stead.

Aron went to the wrong address, then did not come to complete the work.

The mechanic who did come completed the work in a timely manner.

I would have given him a better rating.

Communication was no existent. I messaged and called and got no replies. When I did get through Aron did not seem to want to talk.

No issues with the quality of the work. My old feedback would be that better communications needed. I was advised he could t attend on the appt days and changed it to the same time the following day. However, they were 3.5hrs later arriving than said and I didn’t get old until I started chasing. Then it was someone completely different arrived to whom the email said.
The works were done but just better communications needed.

If you want your car be fixed call Aron. Great service will definitely call him again if i will have some car trouble.

The job got bit more complicated than initially expected but Aron and the recovery truck driver Alfie worked hard to sort it out and my car is now running smoothly again 👍

Aaron was great. There was an issue with getting the parts,but he went out of his way to get it sorted out.
