Brilliant very knowledgeable and helpful friendly and happy with results

Andrew arrived in time and I thought confident that he would do the job well. He could not start the battery and could not get a diagnostic report. I arranged for my Mini Cooper to go to a local garage. It transpired that he most likely did not have the correct equipment for a diagnostic report that I had asked for, and in the end it was only a low battery!!! I also noticed he had not allowed enough time for my issue and was in a hurry as he said to get to the next job. All in all not a good first time experience in using ClickMechanic.

Keith was very friendly and knowledgeable and saw the job through to the end, despite it being slightly more complicated than first thought.
