Really nice guy and did the job we requested. However the fault code came back up and it’s been two weeks with no chance of seeing him again. Really hard to get hold of after several attempts still in the dark if the problem is fixed or requires more attention. I’m not a mechanic so needed for him to help if anything else was needed on the vehicle

Bob was very friendly and efficiently fixed the issue I had with my car. Very pleased with his excellent service.

Raj complained that who ever had fitted the replacement Turbocharger had over tightened the bolts and as a result a job that should have taken 2 hours finished up taking 2 days.
Now since the turbo charger was replaced by one of your mechanics "Kami", I don't know whether Kami did not do a good job or Raj needed someone to blame.
He also said that Kami should have reprogrammed the vehicle after fitting the new turbo charger which he "Raj" said was not done.

Arrived later than planned 12.30] but was friendly and did the job.
Car not back until 19.42 but he kept me informed. Found the belt was loose and sorted that for me also which I did appreciate.
Would use this service again.

Bobby was very good, honest and punctual.
he picked my car up in the slot i was allocated and i told him i leave work at 3pm so he told me he would make mine a priority.
He was back at my place of work by 2pm and also a nice friendly person too.

Bob did a fantastic job getting my car sorted for me when I was tied up with work. He was extremely good at communicating even though my car ended up needing a lot more work than anticipated.
