James was brilliant- he carried out the work (a valve cover gasket replacement and handbrake adjustment on a BMW E93) at my home, arriving promptly. As well as carrying that out he also traced another fault using his specialist diagnostic equipment. He’s clearly enthusiastic about cars in general with an in-depth knowledge of many makes. Definitely recommended.
