Omar was absolutely brilliant! He explained everything clearly, showed me the battery once out of the car, and pointed out why it had failed. He showed me a couple of tips to make sure my new battery, and car, function at optimal levels. He also answered my various questions clearly, and was incredibly helpful, patient and personable. Omar goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.
