Very disappointed that you didn't mention all the side windows are heavily scratched on the inside and outside. I've never seen windows that bad on a car. Wasted my entire day driving to see the car. Wasted my money paying for you to check such things as this.

Hi Sorry for your disappointment but the glass was to be inline in age I’m sure had it been as bad as your saying I would have added to report but conditions are reported on as seen compared what can be expected within age and mileage sometimes people are expecting 30k car for 10 k I feel we offer fair and honest appraisals when doing reports. Unfortunately there always the small number that complain about any thing and everything please see other feedback as we try to please everyone sometimes not possible

The mechanic was very easy to get on with. But I'm glad you have got in touch. 1st time I've used the vehicle, yesterday. And the fault has not been cleared. I replaced the item that was said to be at fault. Went up the M1 north bound and with in 5 minutes the vehicle had gone back into limp mode

Hi I did suggest the new aftermarket air mass meter be changed back to original as aftermarket are absolute rubbish , also boost bike had 5 inch split which was initial obvious fault unfortunately an have a go garage had gone changing things without diagnosing fault correctly but sure the 5 inch split in boost pipe your initial problem as stated now your chasing fault I suspect due to aftermarket part fitted can’t help any further as this work was carried out elsewhere ,I can’t stress how obvious this was initial fault .its just unfortunate we didn’t carry out work from start to finish therefore irradiating these issues thanks Darren unfortunate our feedback marked down as third party carried out repairs .

Vauxhall Insignia Timing belt not checked as serpentine was obvious fault when I arrived Caused by bearing failure in idler pulley thus melted tensioner
