I didn’t actually meet Darren face to face. However, when I spoke to him on the phone before the pre-purchase inspection he listened carefully to my anxieties about spending a lot of money on our first motorhome and he sounded very knowledgeable. Once the inspection had been completed the report was sent very quickly and he rang to talk over the issues raised.

Darren was great, he quickly figured out what was wrong and got it sorted straight away.

Darren called me before he arrived to check what areas I wanted the most detail on, as soon as the inspection was complete he filled the required documents and sent them over. Was a breeze, would be using again when I purchase another vehicle.

Darren was brilliant, he was extremely thorough and as a result saved us buying a car that exceeded our price range if purchased as we’d have had to pay to correct problems that we would never have known existed.
