My car was collected from my home. They were late by a few minutes but I got a call beforehand to tell me - so that was fine.
Can't fault the work - brake discs and pads and I liked the way the job was priced so I knew in advance what it was going to cost.
I will be using them again I'm sure of that.

There wasn't any communication, until the mechanic phoned an hour late to say " Steven" wasn't coming...
