I am over the moon with everything about using click mechanic. Robert rang me and gave me a heads up he was on his way. He listened to what was wrong with my car and immediately got to work. When Robert had finished, he went over what he'd found and done with me. Telling and showing me exactly how he'd fixed my problems. Not once did he treat me as if I knew nothing about cars just because I'm a woman, which I have found to be the case with a number of mechanics. I was a little nervous about having a stranger coming to my house to fix my car but I had absolutely no reason to be. Robert was very professional and extremely competent. I have already recommended click mechanics to my daughter and will happily recommend them to anyone. Why have to drag your car to a garage? You never know what you're going to end up paying. You get told they've found other things wrong so the bill ends up astronomical all this after having waited days/weeks for an appointment. You usually end up having to leave the car for an extra day or two because they don't have the parts even if you told them exactly what was wrong with it. My little Muriel (cars name) is now toasty warm and no longer making horrendous squealing noises. She's a different car. Thanks Robert. Read more

There some confusion with the alloted time for the repair. But aside from this Rob was great, carried out the work efficiently.

Robert was fantastic! Came at the promised time . In fact, gave me a call 10min before hand, which was perfect. Did the job extremely fast and double checked with me if I was happy with everything.
