The guy is not a qualified car mechanic, and more of a handyman than anything else. My car is now worse than before he fiddled with it. Didn't even attempt do a full car health check that I paid for. I would advise anyone to rather go to a garage and get your car checked by a qualified maechanic.

He was very helpful explaining things to me when there was an error in how the website assigned my car parts / quote.

He took the time to reschedule for a point that worked for me and also had a quick look at a couple of other queries I had too.

Robert was great -PUNCTUAL, got on with sorting out the issue and didn't take long and we had a great chat.
