Richard was great. Car now working. He was efficient and on time and I had a good laugh when he found out one of the problems, ie salami in the engine oil filler hole! Also chewed wiring on the camshaft position sensor. Must have been a rat!

Richard arrived at the agreed time and replaced my rear brake pads in about 45 minutes. He took the time to show me the old pads and discussed how worn they were and how he'd used his specialised electronic device to interface with the cars computer to adjust the electronic handbrake.
I'd recommend anyone else to use Richard, and I'm sure I will the next time my car needs attention.

Very pleased with the work carried out, Richard explained exactly what he was finding as he investigated the issue and came up with a solution very quickly when it became clear he didn't have the exact part needed that meant the work was still completed that day.

Richard, even though he unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue I had with my vehicle, was communicative, thorough and persistent with trying to help. He stayed longer than head asked of him. Would still recommend him.

Great help and advice , booked the wrong thing but he amended it and explained everything to me .

Richard renewed my brake pads and rear discs and also pointed out a couple of things that might need monitoring but assured this was no safety issue. Would use again, thank you.
