Our mechanic was Matt, I booked it on a Friday and he arrived Saturday afternoon!
He stayed ages to try and sort our problem, but turned out to be trickier than first thought. Unfortunately it was starting to get dark so he reluctantly left us .....then that evening he phoned and asked if he could return on Monday! He came bright and early, we left him to it and went to work. I spoke to him mid morning and it was all done! Great service, Matt was great. Will use them again.

Matthew from Ware was excellent. I had an aftermarket headlight unit which didn't work, he quickly diagnosed a faulty inverter which saved me from buying a new set of lights. After the initial diagnosis, a piece of trim from the light had broken off and I rang Matthew and he came back on the same day in the evening to temporarily secure it (he did well to do it in the dark!) When the new inverter arrived Matthew fitted it and also repaired the broken trim, and at the same time rectified the auto-levelling light system. A seemingly easy job became quite complicated, but Matthew had the patience of a saint. He takes great pride in his work, is easily contactable via text message or phone call, and is very careful, treating your car with great respect. Will definitely use him again. Read more
