Had a great experience with this Ahktar! They replaced my EGR valve efficiently, and my car is running smoothly again with no loose parts or odd noises. The service was professional, the work was done cleanly, and there were no unexpected issues. They came to my driveway on a Sunday, so that the car would be available for the MOT that week. They worked in 2 degrees for hours, with no complain, barely stopping and not stoping for smoking (like some do). Fair pricing and great customer service and communication, made the whole process easy and transparent. Highly recommend Ahktar, they are passionate about what they do.

The mechanics turned up on time although I had messaged and called them that day with no answer. They began work on my vehicle parked on the road. I do understand when a job is underestimated, but as an end user, there's nothing worse than someone that demands more money half way into the job or else they will put the vehicle back together and leave it unfixed, so I had to pay an additional £100 cash on top of what was agreed for them to continue. Overall the job took longer than expected and the van is working now, which I'm appreciative of, although it's cost 50% more than what was quoted and grease tissues left where they had parked.

2 mechanics from ESP Motors arrived at the arranged time. Carried out the diagnostic check, but found no electrical issues on why my car was struggling to start. Narrowed the issue down to possibly 3 mechanical faults. They changed the spark plugs, cleaned out out the throttle body and Bank 1 lambda sensor (means nothing to me). Car started OK when they had left. They sais to contact them if there was any problems. The next morning, the car struggled to start again. Contacted the mechanics and they agreed to come back later that day. They did another check and after a while diagnosed it was a heat sensor. Changed and it and the car was running again OK. The test was the following morning. Got in the car and it started 1st time. I believe the fault has been resolved. The mechanics have said if I have any further issues, they will return and fix as their work is guaranteed for a year. The two guys got on with the diagnosis and then informed me of the parts needed for the repair. They drove to get the part and returned in the dark to complete the replacement, which was impressive and showed real integrity. Great job, as I did a quick test drive which was perfect. Highly recommend.
