My car was picked-up from my home at 08:00 and returned around 18:00. I expected it much earlier, as the website mentioned a labour time of 2 hours, but it took the whole day for me to get my car back. This is not acceptable.
I did not meet the mechanic. I don't know what was done to the vehicle other than the standard MOT test and intermediate servicing. So I have no comments on the quality of the job done. I expected some comments as the car is quite old in years even if it is a low-mileage vehicle.

The business also employs 2 other members of staff who are fully trained in both Chris who is NVQ level 3 trained and also Khan who is a qualified MOT tester.
We work on all makes/models of car and tackle all repairs, and we traditionally offer a collection/drop-off service but may also be able to do the repair mobile if needed.
