he was so quick in his troubleshooting,l greatly recommend him .although he did not fix the problem because l opted to sell the car than fixing it.

Totally happy, Akram completed work quickly & efficiently. Will drive home on Sunday, so hopefully the trip will now be trouble free

I think it was only a temporary fix to the steering but more work was needed so I still can't drive the car. I should just have put it in the garage. The £100 was expensive under the circumstances and a waste of money.
The system might be ok for a service but not when you need to diagnose the problem and then order parts and then make a second visit which you have to pay for.

Came within the time although on the later side.
Amended what they could but the problem was bigger than they could sort. The communication was not fantastic as I understood there was a chance the car would be fine but when it went wrong again was told they had informed me it would definitely need fixing.
Other than that no complaints.

Akram was very friendly and punctual. I had some suspicions about the issue with my car, and Akram was able to confirm them. While he is not able to personally carry out the necessary repairs, he kindly offered to reach out to one of his contacts who he believes can fix it. He will call me back later with a quote and timeline.

The mechanic was terrific unfortunately didn’t get here on the time that was allocated to me but when he arrived he was very friendly. Very nice guy and done a superb job. Would thoroughly recommend him great mechanic
