If I had been made aware prior to the service provided that it would cost me over £200 for less than an hour's work and the price of the battery too. No consultation on that either. As a carer I feel I have been fleeced. Will not use service again.

Although Ashley was not present one of gis team picked the car up right on time, all was completed along with MOT, car brought back when completed and very happy with work, a bit of a surprise this morning as the cost had risen some what, from £222 all in for service and MOT up to £359, although happy to pay due to using Clickmechanic still a surprise..

Picked up my car, fixed it, dropped it off the next day ( due to parts delivery) @12:00

Ashley did a very good job work over the bank holiday to fix me car even organising the recovery of the car and bring it back would used Ashley again

Perfect- arrived on time and great communication throughout. Was let down by other mechanics snd Ashley was able to help last minute.
