Vio & co were great! No fuss. Straight in and did their job. Photos and Cam footage of work carried out whilst i was indoors. Can't fault it. In fact they were so good that they, in their inter rim service found problems with the car that my local garage didn't find. Good guys. I wish they had a garage around the corner! Recommended.

They turned up late it was cold and raining I had to call Vio to find out if they we're still coming the original appointment was for between 10 and 12 they turned up at 3/40 2 mechanics both foreign polish may be they didn't say much but cracked on to replace the two coil springs on my 2012 Nissan Juke esteemed price £374. Pounds it turn out the top struts were both very corroded and to be replaced and the left hand front spring had broken causeing damage to the strut so both struts were replaced total bill ended up at £593 the guys worked hard in terrible conditions and as far as I can tell they did a good job, time will tell ? Not sure about the pricing I did think it was a bit expensive they seem to have all the parts required for the extra work previous experience with Nissan Jukes .

Agree we have arrived a bit later than booked but you have stated you’re available all day on that day. The time updates have been communicated over the phone, and this was due to the delay in parts delivery, and also terrible weather conditions, heavy rain and wind, slowing our job before yours. I do apologise for the inconvenience. We had all the extra parts available at the time of the repair which was good so we could finish the repair at the same time, we had them with us because we’ve replaced many of these and that’s a common problem on this model.
