I made a booking to have a the car scanned. Mechanic seemed to have quite a basic knowledge to what he was dealing with. He said that with the scan reset the problem would be fixed, which did not at all sound reassuring. No further advice or comments as to what the problem may be other than speculate.

He did provide a picture of the screen to see the fault codes that came up.

Then I get a message from Emily at click mechanic who provides me with a form to fill in with the diagnosis so the in house mechanics at clickmechanic can have a look at and come back with a quote.

Then I get a response saying that they are sorry but they can’t provide a fix or a solution because they don’t have access to Mazda vehicles parts.

So why on earth would you have me pay for a diagnostic if you know before hand that you cannot get hold of Mazda parts.

I would like to ask for a refund because I feel completely mislead. I have used these services in the past without any issues but this time was a terrible experience.
