Work was more difficult than expected Late start
Problem was poor communication Messages not replied to For example this morning car promised between 10 and 11 but non arrival or message
After contacting main office matter sorted car delivered 13.15
Satisfied with work done just improve communication

Hi thank you your your review and will take this on board but I didn't promise it to be returned back between 10-11 I said I would try my best after removing 13 rotten nuts and bolts and also two brand new Anti roll drop links removed and replaced free of charge to yourself and a phone call to explain this to yourself thought I communicated fine with you and also said I would call once completed which I did to let you know we was on our way back unfortunately with the vehicle being over 15 years old you got to understand we run into issues and rotten bolts but glad your happy with the repairs
