Service & MOT carried out at the second attempt due to a broken ramp on the first.

The mechanic was friendly, but arrived late and was unhelpful. He refused to help drain oil which had been overfilled during the vehicle service. Whilst this was understandable because someone else did the service, he damaged the vehicle bonnet catch, causing the alarm to constantly trip and we're now spending more than the original work cost, to fix the bonnet. We use ClickMechanic a lot and the service is always outstanding - this is the first time we've had an issue. We will continue to use ClickMechanic but will be avoiding this garage.

I had an appointment to pick my car up from 9 till 11, the mechanic turned up at 13.30hrs. I didn’t get phone call saying he was going to be late until 12.00 (and that was only because I had raised a complaint to click mechanic). I then heard nothing from the mechanic until I phoned him at 12.00 the following day to find out when I would expect my car back, he said I would get it back at some point in the afternoon, I finally got my car back at 19.30. The work has been done and seems ok, but iv only done 30 miles since getting the car back

On time, quick on the work and knew his stuff top job And couldn’t be happier.

Work was carried out to decent standard and mechanic was polite and amiable. Punctuality was not so good. I had an 8-10 AM slot. He turned up at 10:40 and then disappeared for another 3 hours to drop a trailer off somewhere else and procure correct parts. Luck had it that I was not working on this particular day

The mechanic was a nice guy and very helpful he returned the van with the new clutch and it was back on the road next day great service thank you .
