From start to finish in this process transparency and communication were 1st class. This is the first time i have used this service and it certainly wont be the last, my mechanic Omid was polite very knowledgable and kept in contact all the way through., Would highly recommend

Omid successfully changed the faulty alternator, he was friendly, accurate and very keen to get it right. I am happy with his work and efforts on my A class Mercedes which is badly crowded under the bunnet.
