Saqib was really polite and got on with the work without trouble. All seems fine with the oil and filter change.

Quick diagnoses late in the evening and fixed next day (used a priority slot). Can't ask for more than that very helpful.

Collected near the end of the collection window but was still on time. Car was away for almost 12 hours but the MOT and service was done to a high standard and the mechanic kept in good contact to update me.

My car was gone for 12 hours and when it came back 104 miles had been used to a garage that was only 37 miles away and that is from when the mileage was recorded at the MOT station
I went to the garage yesterday only to find out it was ONLY Mot'd there then taken for a service elsewhere.
I rang the mechanic to find out where the miles had been used in my car, he had no explanation as to why and said he would look into it.
I have now spoken to the CAB who have advised me to contact Trading Standards also the police as this is theft.
The mechanic is only insured to take and return my car, not to use it for personal use.

have you carried out an assesment on this mechanic.
As I have not had my car returned and it is overdue by 23 hours and 43 minutes there is no way of me knowing to what standard the work has been carried out

Overall I was extremely impressed with Saqib. He spoke me through the Initial stage very well and explained the process.
It later emerged that after changing the clutch there was another issue with the driveshaft that Saqib had spotted.
This led to a long delay in getting the additional part from Mini, this was not Saqib's fault
After 5 days I finally got my car back.
Communication was fine, I did have to do some chasing but that was more me being anxious about the delays

No with me for about 5min and did not rest my car have a basic car reader and no software for my car
